Searching a marketplace before defining the requirement often creates quotations that cannot be compared. A useful sourcing brief separates essential specifications from preferences and states how the product will be sold, packed and used.

Can you source low-MOQ products?
Low-MOQ options may be available for standard products, test orders or flexible packaging. Custom materials, tooling, printing and certification normally increase the minimum economical quantity.
Do you source from Alibaba and 1688?
Those platforms can be part of supplier discovery, but they are not the only source. We also search by manufacturing region, product category and factory capability, then verify the company behind the listing.
